I found this nylon "tactical sporran" at a local pawn shop for $3. I think it was originally just a toiletries pouch, but it works really well as a sporran. It has two belt loops on the back, and I have been using paracord to attach it to my 5.11 TDK. Someone on the Forum suggested mini-carabiners, and I'm thinking that would work really well.
it is 8 1/2 inches long and 5 1/2 inches tall, and about 2 inches deep. It has a zippered pocket on the outside, and another on the inside. It also has an open topped pocket on the inside. The design of the pouch is such that it can open only as far as shown in the picture, so you can get at everything easily, but it doesn't just flop open and dump everything out.
