Well the massed bands of the Household Division(without looking there are probably members from the five infantry bands playing of the Grenadier, Coldstream, Scots, Irish and Welsh Guards) are, yes.

I assumed that, in this context, it's the music rather than the personnel that matters.

I too love British military band music.

I've always thought those bands sound better than American brass bands, due to the different instrumentation.

And Brassed Off, doesn't get much better than that! Such glorious music.
