Great thread! This is Little Smooch, found her walking on the road at 1:30 am at 31° earlier this year. I opened the car door and let her in, but couldn't get her off my lap, fortunately I was almost home anyway. She's a real cuddler/ hugger.

This is my Olde English Bulldogge, June. She's 18 months old. We have had a lot of drama with her medical issues (hip dysplasia, knee problems), but she is doing very well at the moment with her ongoing treatments and regular exercise - meaning lots of walking. As we are an "empty nest" household now, she is our child. She gets all the attention, and goes lots of places with us.
And she matches my horse!
June is so lovely, how I wish I have him as my pet. :0

I won't lie - I think she's the coolest dog ever. Just as I'm sure everyone thinks the same about their own dog. She's big and soft and cuddly and sweet, but can also be imposing and intimidating when needed. She started to be a bit of a handful once she got old enough to challenge authority, but we sent her to a trainer for a month of intensive obedience school, and now she's (mostly) very well behaved. Sit, down, stay, heel, recall, all that kind of stuff.
The downside is that she requires a LOT of exercise and mental stimulation. She sheds, she drools, she farts, and with those huge jaw muscles she is a power-chewer. And she's stubborn as ... well ... as a bulldog. She's small for her breed, but at 70 pounds of pure muscle, it takes some serious training and willpower to make her behave.
Being a bulldogge, she has a pronounced underbite and her tongue is way too long for her mouth. More often than not, her tongue is hanging out which makes her look kinda stupid, and her bottom teeth are protruding. And when she sleeps, her tongue dries out and sticks to the floor or the couch.

Here are my two little girls, maybe small in stature, but both have the heart and mind of a Lion...
Please let me introduce you to Phoebe and Sofie (Lil Lil) my two Yorkies. Smartest and most alert dogs I have ever owned. They are very intelligent, and without a doubt agressive for being so small. Just love them...By the way there heritige is Scottish, from the Skye Terrier... Two wonderful dogs that are so close to me.

This is our Sadie. She's a 9 year old Boston Terrier, sweet as can be. She was my wife's dog before we met, so Sadie and I had a period of adjustment when we started living together. We have come along way from her peeing on my side of the bed and me not allowing her on the couch I could not imagine our family without her!!
