    I have a weathered brown sporran that they might compliment nicely. I like that style of shoe and wear them with my kilts.

    I note Jocks remark about the lacing, I suspect, like me, he laces them as per Arnot's Photo, with the laces straight across.
    It being a UK military requirement.. Easy to cut off in an accident...
