    Of course It is. And I don't mind you being a show off. I said lift because he was using the paper as an illustration which is a good way to illustrate how a plane can rise off the ground.

    keeping the cold out in ur explanations ok.
    buut wind underneath the kilt will change the situation i guess... the wind is the ennemy before temeprature.
    what about weraing knee lenght leggings, i ll try this..?

    I'm thinking gaiters like are worn for showshoeing and cross country skiing. They'd be warm and windproof.

    sure u mean gaiters to wear from shoes up to knee. good idea, but then also a legging coming from the seat near down the knees; just long as not to be seen in kilt when sitting.
    i see me in the underground in gaiters ;)
