Looking for advice on getting a kilt made from fabric I have on hand. It is 16oz wool tartan fabric.

Based on reputation, I looked into USA Kilts first, but they are not interested in making a kilt from fabric unless they source it.

I'm in the United States and would like to sick with a domestic kilt maker.

The only one I could find in the US is J Higgins, but I can't find anyone saying anything about their custom kilts from customer supplied material.

Any advice or thoughts?
