Tarheel, you as the last challenger have the first dibs to change the challenge after 7 days if there are no takers on your first challenge, no permission needed, it's your call. Cheers

How odd. A strong artic vortex and no snow in sight. My amended challenge is now issued. "in front of a festive "Holiday" setting" That would be kilted, of course.

Being in Victoria, which gets next to no snow, I never thought I could
participate in this particular challenge. And yet, here we are.
Not much snow there, but I am, most assuredly "in the snow."

New challenge: Kilted and somehow involving the following elements (open for interpretation): a Christmas craft, the outdoors, and music.

No, it is beyond the time period....so I believe Tarheel has picked up the challenge option and he has changed it to " in front of a festive holiday setting".... So that one is the active one, sorry CDNsushi, a little late I believe.....

I suppose that's up to Tarheel, whether he's willing to accept a reply to his pre-amended challenge or not.
Tarheel? Ball's in your court. ;-)

That was my first thought too, but then I saw that @Tarheel had "Aye'd" CDNSushi's selfie, alongside someone else, so I did too and assumed he'd accepted it. I'm sure I'm not imagining it, though those "Aye's" now seem to have disappeared. If I'm wrong, I'm sure Tarheel will correct me.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

tpa, your first guess was correct. Indeed the "ayes" are missing. Challenge forwards to CDNSushi's choice now.

I apologize for that... There was some issue with the image not actually appearing, so I had to resort to deleting the post and putting up a new one with a new link to the photo. (The "ayes" were not eaten by the system -- only the photo was).
Thanks for checking in , Tarheel. The new challenge is therefore as stated:
Kilted and somehow involving the following elements (open for interpretation): a Christmas craft, the outdoors, and music.

Any pipers doing a Christmas parade this weekend should be able to grab this one. Too bad I can't make the parades my band is doing...
