I'm here about a half hour to 90 minutes, oh....probably about every other day or so. I might break that up into 2 or three ten to fifteen minute visits, or if I write one of my 1,000 word tomes, might be there solid for the whole time.
My time comes and goes, depending on how busy I am and my state of mind.

If I'm working days - 15-30 minutes during breakfast, then starting during supper and remaining until I turn the computer off for the night (some active surfing, some running in the background).
Working nights - 30-45 minutes during lunch, maybe 10-15 minutes at work, and a quick scan of new posts after work.

I had a boss like that once - at least they had the good sense to realize that the rest of their staff wasn't as sick as they were.

I limit myself to 1 or 2 times a day. Once at lunch (if there's time) and then in the evening. While I enjoy this board emensely, I have too many other things going on to spend a whole lot of time.
If they outlaw guns, can we go back to using swords?
