The Tilted Kilt in Tempe, Arizona, is about 20 minutes from me.
I think a road trip could be arranged sometime.

I'll be in Phoenix in July for a reunion of the Army's 1st Infantry Division and now I know just where a few of us will be going during that week. We may have to make a full frontal assault but it won't be the first time we were up against such huge odds.
Chris.

Hmmm Tempe's about a five hour drive for me...but if my aged, besotted, brain is working didn't the city ban smoking in bars in Tempe?
The food and drink menu only listed drink....not promising.
Hey Chris, that true? Do you mean the Big Red One is coming to Phoenix??
Cool!.....well, actually quite hot in July....

The original title of the picture was "Jim at the Tilted Kilt" but I'm not sure I noticed anyone named Jim in the photo. Like to see them try one in the Northeast sometime soon. We get compliments at Hooter's when kilted in there.

Tempe has banned smoking in most public venues.
The main page for the Tilted Kilt chain lists a number of different foods, but the Tempe location's website does not. I'm not sure what that means.

We just need to get them to give some kind of bonus (discounts, free drinks, something!) to patrons who wear kilts.

Absolutely! The BRO will be having a reunion in July from the 12th to the 16th and I plan on making the most of that time. I'll be seeing friends that I haven't seen in 32 years or more and we'll be drinking to friends that are still 19 years old in our hearts and minds.
If you'd like I'll send you the flyer or you can google the BRO and get all the info there.
Chris.
