My goal is 190 lbs at which time I will buy a Clergy Tartan Kilt to celbrate the war that is before me. I want to lose this weight for myself, my wife, and my congregation.

I covet your thoughts, prayers, and encouragement in this weight loss battle.

    Peace and Joy be yours

Welcome from Eastern Washington State. Seems you have state three good reasons to lose the weight. A forth might be to feel better about yourself and a fifth is to take up less space on Earth. Personal experience tells me that all of these are really good reasons.

I wish to thank each one of you for your encouragement. I am sure I will make my goal and acquire a kilt in a reasonable time. Yesterday I rode my bicycle for 11 miles. 5 weeks ago I could only go 3/4 of a mile.

Kiltman, I must say the reason to take up less space on earth is one I never thought of.
Smaller would be less noticed. Smaller could be humble. I will have to ponder that one a bit, but I am sure it is an excellent reason.

    Again, thank you all.
    Peace
    PastorClint
