I don't get to post as much as I'd like but I've been here almost from the beginning. I've seen things happen that would have torn any other forum apart. I don't know of any other forum that works as well as this one, and that's due to the way Hank nurtured it and made some of the tough calls early on that set the standard of behaviour here. Thanks Hank.

Hank "Highlandtide" Hanna,
Thanks for all the work and the efforts put forth in creating, maintaining, and officiating this forum. I had a VERY bad experience on another forum and was VERY weary of ALL forums for 3 years. After the encouragement of another member of this forum, I began to lurk to get the "tone" and "feel" of this place. After a few months, I went ahead and joined. Now, I'm VERY glad I did. I have a few new friends and many, many more I would LOVE to call friend (but I've never met face-to-face, or even SEEN the face at all). I also discovered talents I was unaware I had:biggrin:   and been baffeled and awed by the talent of others . All thanks to a "young" man in Charleston (Chuck Town), South Carolina who had an idea and a vision of a forum done HIS way.
We are all in gratitude to you!!
THANKS HANK!!!!!!!!
PS., Where is Barbera?

Thanks Hank! Without this forum, I'd only be wearing a kilt once a year at the Burn's Supper.

Thank you Hank. While I'm new to the forum, I'm enjoing it very much for several reasons. I am glad to have a place to come to when I have questions about Making sporrans or ordering a kilt for my son. Its also a great bunch of people that if it were not for you and your foresite to create this forum, would not have come together as a community.
Be well and blessed,
Kat

Thank's Hank! If it weren't for this forum I'd get good marks in college and if it weren't for this forum, I wouldn't have known about all of these fulll time kilties. Always nice to have a place to go to so I can keep in touch with other kilties (not that I post much ) Many thanks Hank!

Thanks guys. I feel like I should make a speech. But I wont.
I am just a humble guy who at one time had too much time on my hands and a healthy obsession with my Scottish heritage. Crazy what it has turned into!
Someone tell Rocky I am charging him double this month! I will buy the scrapple at the King Of Prussia Diner though! Extra crispy...
Beannacht Dé,
Hank
