I think some people can pull them off well but I don't see myself picking one up.

I have on in a natural off-white linen color that I used to wear often with blue jeans. but I rarely wore it with a kilt. I haven't worn blue jeans for a long time so I haven't worn the shirt for a long time.

I have three Renaissance Faire peasant-stye shirts that are very much like the Jacobite shirts (but no laces) and wear them often to Scottish Country Dancing, they are very comfortable to dance in. I personally think they look great (but I'm a swashbuckler at heart).

I have one, but I never wear it. I think I wore it to the Renn Faire once, but I don't like feeling like I'm in costume. I actaully wear it more for a pirate costume than I have with my kilt! I'm more of a rugby shirt kinda guy.

Pour1Malt, on the other hand, looks awesome in a Jacobite shirt.

I have a bunch of them and like them. Sure, wear them to games, but also wear them out to dinner on hot/warm evenings. I like how they show off my chest tattoos....or should I say, my lady likes how they show off my chest tattoos.

My daughter bought me an extreemly ruffled and deep cut one for Christmas. haven't worn that yet...still too cold. She got it from some Ren Faire supplier out of Medford, Oregon who didn't include any literature and I threw away the package so not sure who made it.

Maybe I'll wear it to Pride in the Pines this summer.

I wouldn't wear one. If someone else wants to, all power to them, I just don't think I could pull off the look.
