That Kilted Paratrooper (Canadian i believe) has no leg straps on his T-10 (or Canadian Equivalent) harness. When that chute opens he might just keep going.

Yeah, but the door is open and there's no indication of any breeze at all. I'd be willing to bet this was just a "photo op" on the ground, not an actual jump.
He'd also never pass JMPI with all those loose straps dangling off him!
At least his Corocorans have a nice shine on them.
