MrLion, I am currently living in the middle of a field called Lansing. It is seriously flat here. I grew up in Michigan, but in a metro-Detroit suburban city called "Birmingham." Not to be confused with the identically named polities in Alabama or England.

I know those areas a bit. I was a lad in grade school when we lived in Port Huron. My parents grew up in Wyndotte and Lincoln Park, also suburbs of Detroit. I remember the big "Hudson's" department store in Detroit, had several floors of escalators we used to play on! Yup, very flat there.
I enjoy the valley I live in now, the storms don't come in so fast!
