Welcome to the insanity from Snellville, Georgia.
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

from coastal North Carolina. One of the nice things about a kilt is that you can change to trousers easily. Wear decent leg protection on the motorcycle then slip the kilt over the top and drop the trousers when you want to change.

Welcome from a fellow californian.
I knew a guy once who rode a utilikilt with his bike. He added snap on closures around the bottom of the kilt, then added the snap ons around the seat of the bike. He'd sit down, snap the kilt down in place, and take off.
Of course, the breeze was probably unbearable.

Well..just wanted to say thank you to everyone that has given me such a warm welcome.
Unfortunately, my Grandmother Sandy MacKinlay passed away yesterday in her sleep. It looks like I'll be in Idaho for the weekend.

I checked out the site. It seems as though the area has changed, etc. I would like to head up in a month after my finals are over.
