    When I wore my kilt on my bike for a short ride (<2 miles) to dinner with some friends, I got the comment that they thought I had installed some new strobe lights on the sides of my bike for visibility, until they realized that the strobe effect was caused by the flapping of my kilt against my bright white thighs. LOL
