Well...you're certainly not meeting HER expectations of you....
Some time ago a "friend" was on me like that about my long hair. After a shaming crack I stood tall in front of him, looked him in the eye, and said in my best Sean Connery voice the two words most appropriate at the time.
That firm two-word Anglo Saxon response rocked him...he sputtered..."Why do you say that?" I told him because he was shaming me and I didn't accept shaming input from other people. He actually apologized.
It would be optimistic to expect that response from an older sister, but I do highly reccomend the standard two word response delivered calmly and firmly.
She must be delusional, believing that by shaming you over something she can elevate her own level of importance in your family system.
May God have mercy on anyone in her life who decides to have a relationship with her. If you can't love and accept your own siblings - who can you love and accept?
