James Mac - I know! Trust me, the bottle didn't sit in that spot very long. I set it down briefly by my foot get get something outta me sporran, and my buddy thought it was a great shot.
Trust me! I wouldn't disrespect the 16 year old water of life by heating it up!

Though a little gentle warming wouldn't be bad - it's what you do with your hand when you wrap it around the bowl of a nosing glass. Helps to release the aromas.

Fantastic pics! Looks like a wonderful day out.
And McGurk, climbing Ben Nevis kilted is a dream.
I done it earlier this year and it was a far more comfortable climb than any of the times I;d done it before.
