Think that's the second X Mark tartan kilt in Arizona....am I missing anybody?

This kilt is pleated to alternate stripes.... and it's pleated to the sett. :-) So everyone is right.
When I pleated to alternate stripes, this effectively increases the sett size by 50%. Since each pleat is approximately 1/3 of the sett size, since the effective "sett size" is 150% of the actual sett size, each pleat in reality shows half of the actual sett. Meaning that pleating this way effectively minimcs pleating to the sett.
You look good in it, BTW!
