My desktop? Uh...I have a stack of business cards, two coffee cups (one from today,) a cell phone, sheet music for "The Green Hills of Tyrol," two, no make that three printer ink cartridges I am trying to get to work, a scrap of leather, two thumb drives, assorted post-it notes, a dishtowel, and three Sharpies. Oh, you mean THAT desktop...

I change mine to reflect the seasons.
Currently this is what I have for winter (greatly reduced in size here):
