My wifes sister did that to me one time while we were siting beside each other at a table.
Her hubby gave her this look an said what are doin?
She said im just feeling of the material.
He told her just so you don't feel of anything else.

Good plan. The only time I've seen my wife get rowdy (as if violence might ensue) was when she and I were out with Southern Scot recently and a drunk woman kept trying to life my kilt while I was singing.
SouthernScot was looking for a place to hide!

It's a subject that annoys me.
Here, in Scotland if I walked up to a woman and lifted her skirt, I'd get arrested, charged with sexual assault and placed on the sex offenders register along with the paedophiles and rapists.
The reverse is unlikely to apply as She is "just having a laugh"
It's a double standard I am not happy with.

If you are not piping at the time, you can quote the popular American television commercial from a number of years ago: "That's sexual harassment, and I don't have to take it!"

It's only happened twice. Last year in T.J. Mulligans on St. Pat's I felt a little breezy as I walked past the bar. I turned just in time to see a feminine hand drop my kilt & smile at me. I was actually flattered ![Embarassed](http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_redface.gif)
The other time I was downtown & this gal decided to try it from the frount I spun real fast. XMarker Beowulf67 was with me at the time. He said I mooned her.

It's happened to me once, and I firmly put the woman (lady is not a correct term for her) in her place. I then searched out her husband and told him just to be sure all were clear about what happened. He discussed the matter with his wife outside. Thankfully my wife didn't see it or there would have been hell to pay for that woman!

I'm almost positive that if I gave the response I want to I'll see this later...
