Well, after contatcing the Celtic Croft and determining what measurements they need, I have made arrangements with them to return the mis-fitting Kilt and getting another sent tome. Those folks are extremely helpful.

Well, I figured that since Redshank mentioned this:

Best you go back and see your tailor, you will need 1 more measurement at least, that is your seat measurement, the widest part of your butt

then the **** was fair game.
