If by "skilled", you mean someone who can fumble and fake her way through something... then yes ;) Otherwise, hey... sometimes when I'm teaching you, I'm figuring it out at the same time! Ha!
It's become a favorite garment. I love being able to dress it up or down. With kilt nights and other people in the area with a shared interest, it's fun getting out. I also look forward to spring (a short thing in Texas), and hopefully getting in some hiking while kilted.
I really hope we're able to get you more kilts and get you more accessories. I see a lot of opportunities for getting out kilted, and I want to make sure you have the chance to change things up and adding a bit of variety.
And Alan -- I don't have any twin sisters, sorry!

Cynthia,
The wife and I are planning on being at Locharron's on Saturday to listen to Spriggan. Look for us, I'll be the guy in the Lamont Weathered next to the gorgeous redhead. Love to meet you and Christo.
"My beloved America, thank you for your children. If your children want to become soldiers I will train them. When they are hungry I will feed them. When they are thirsty I will give them water. When they fight for freedom I will lead them. When they are unsteady on the battlefield I will motivate them. If they die on the battlefield I will bury them. So help me God."

A sort of PS on a serious note, you rather remind me of my mother, in that she had a very hard time opening up to new people and making social contact even with her friends for awhile. They say it's very common, but good on you for smashing it with mighty kilt power.
Funny thing about how the kilt can attract attention, no matter where you go, someone has a question about it. In most cases that's a good thing, since a lot of questions come from attractive young ladies.
"Lads, we're outnumbered, surrounded, and will all likely die tomorrow, but I have good news!"
"I just found a bunch of whiskey in the castle cellar!"
