The equations seem simple to me.
On one hand:
night + Ray Bradbury -math class = evening of a lifetime

On the other hand:
night + math class - Ray Bradbury =

If nothing else, do it for a lifelong Bradbury fan who may never get the opportunity to see him.

Screw it. I'm ditching class. I have some make up work to do anyway, and I'll have some free time at work between now and the next time my class meets... and I'm taking my mid-70s edition of the Martian Chronicles just in case he's signing things.

OTOH, if you don't have a test tonight, go see Ray Bradbury and have someone take notes in class.
It's tonight at 7, at 43404 30th St. West... Tell your friend it's in the new banquet hall behind the Greek Orthodox church.

I don't think I'll be kilted due to the high winds we're experiencing today, but I'll still be easy to spot... I'll be the guy with the mutton chops in a peacoat and derby.

That's good Crusty. Glad you're going to get to go, and hope you get his autograph.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

There will always be math books around, and notes to copy from class....
Ray Bradbury on the other hand may not be back!!!
I'm with you on this one... Normally I don't advocate ditching class... but for Ray Bradbury? He won't be around forever!!
