The BBQ ended with whisky and cigars as we watched the stars come out and enjoyed the cool of the night
Jake and his family stayed the night. He had brought down a melon to enjoy with breakfast, it was prepared in the usual (unsual) manner...
What a great weekend! My thanks to Kent and Madalyn who always give their all to make every gathering of the Nor Cal Rabble a grand time and we are ever in Gene and Ruth's debt for their continuing hospitality. It was a great pleasure to have several of the Munroe Clan come join us afterwards for BBQ. Hopefully they will be able to come next year.
My Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess and I are so pleased that so many of our friends from X Marks the Scot were able to join us for our BBQ.
You are all great people
Cheers
Jamie

Great pictures, and Jamie and Kent, both your videos were great fun.
From Jamie's video it sounds like you had a guid Scots Master of Ceremonies.
Nice to see a guid gangin rabble "snaking" around the Highland Games and the Barbecue.
Regional Director for Scotland for Clan Cunningham International, and a Scottish Armiger.

Shame about the heat.

I'm uploading video of the Santa Cruz Pipes and Drums as we speak....soon to be seen!
It was a great (and HOT) day, and the barbeque was a blast. Thanks to Gene and Ruth for continued support of X-Marks-the-Scot, Nor Calk Rabble, for Kent and Madalyn for toting the tent
..now Madalyn has some leftover X-Marks tartan for decorating projects..
and for Panache and the F-H.C.A.G. for hosting the whole rowdy lot of us at their home!
