    If I wear a shirt untucked, it is usually a polo or golf shirt. The shirt tails arent nearly as long as a button-down oxford. The ones I have are not as long in the front as the back and usually hit me somewhere between my natural waist and just above my hips, leaving plenty of room for a correctly placed sporran to hang below the shirt tail.

    Sweat stinks

    The reason for wearing your shirt tucked in is that it absorbs the perspiration that would otherwise be soaked up by your kilt.
