A good friend of mine just bought 8 meters of it.....wants me to make him a kilt and really likes the black watch so I sent this info his way. He bought the material and I will do the kilt making....I get the rest of the material for free in exchange for his kilt....not a bad deal if you ask me. I will obviously be the owner of an 8 yard BW regimental weight kilt too...as soon as I get his done.

Sorry lads but I believe that I just purchased the final 4 metres of this tartan. Waiting to hear how much the shipping will be, however I might just enter 6+(3x3)=15 pounds and let them work out the rest. Now to find a kilt maker.

Thank you all for saving me from temptation. I have at least two kilts worth of fabric on hand already and was struggling with that one.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll see what they say/do but at least I know of three others who saw that S&H quote.

There still may be more material for sale. I contacted them via email after the ebay sale had ended and was able to order 5 meters.

I challenged the S&H and got a reduction from 69 GBP to 39 which is not unreasonable as the Royal mail is gonna take 30 of the 39. This is to the USA

Howsomever, I think all has sold out

Thanks all. I finally figured out how to let the seller fill in the S&H. For six meters, I was given a quote of 35 pounds. A bit more than I had hoped, but seems reasonable from what I'm reading here.
