Hey Nighthawk - My wife and family were there but I couldn't make it so I was stuck in GJ pouting. Her liver is still trying to recuperate.

Nothing like a fun band, a dance floor, free flowing scotch and good food, eh?

Man those Campbells and MacKays can party

    Nighthawk-

Great music and great topic! I'm glad you posted your observations. I've thought along similar lines before and just took it as my typical over-sensitive anothopological geek-a-tude.

and I'm ALWAYS one for going 'tribal'!int:

Yeah, I brought my own flask this time, just so I would be able to share with the Campbells for a change... I'm a MacLeod- we're polite, quiet gentlemen. Going to Angus Mohr is like the Celtic equivelent of going to a Greatfull Dead show- just trade flasks for joints! Too bad you missed it. I think everyone who came brought a dish of some sort. There was an insane amount of food! Another mouth would have made little impact on the horde, but it would have done your soul good, if not your waistline- which is why I ate a large salad beforehand. I was hungry enough for desert, and didn't gorge myself.

Ted, my friend, "surreal" just doesn't do you justice!

That's cool, Hawk. All we are is an idiot told by a tale in the wind... or something like that.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

...or a tale told by an idiot with the winds?
