What did you ask Santa for?

I wanted two things- a new bed and a new kilt. I have up to this point gotten a new bed, and a package came from Flamingo Kilts today that my wife won't let me open- even though it has my name on it!

So I suspect I have to act surprised on Christmas morning. (Actually, I know exactly what it is... a custom made garment is, of course, next to impossible to keep secret.

I decided that my new kilt from USA Kilts would be my holiday gift to myself. And the Heritage Hose I ordered from Freedom Kilts. Had to rationalize the purchases somehow.

I want a Kilkenny jacket and vest in tweed... But alas I have yet to see one... a good pair of brogues.. I'll expect nothing though.... so I won't be disapppointed...lol

I've been quite naughty this year, so just leave coal, 2 or 3 tons would be about right the coal bunker in my shop is empty.
OBTW Santa I am sure there are some other very naughty smiths here on XMTS who also should be left coal too!

Have you seen the Green Kilkennys on ebay under the scottish tartan store. Not exactly tweed but nice all the same. (type 'green kilkenny' into search all categories to find them. There are other sizes listed as green argyles on the sellers page)
