Hey kiltedwolfman...
I especially like "Jamaican tea." It is something someone taught me many years ago. It's regular Earl Grey tea, but just steeped in hot apple juice instead of water. It's quite nice! :-)

I'm mostly a coffee drinker, but I do have a cup of green or white tea every workday morning during my commute. And, because my wife's sister has a tea shop in Southern Germany, we get LOTS of different teas. Here are three of my faves:
Margaret's Hope --Darjeeling
Gunpowder --green
White silver needle --white
For teas without caffeine I highly recommend rooibos. My fave is rooibos orange (just rooibos plus dried orange peel--good stuff!)
I don't know where my wife's sister gets her teas, but I do know that we've had a hard time finding the equivalent in quality here in the States.

A taste acquired from an "auld friend", Alexander McKeag, and intrestingly enough, I first found out in the Bighorns of Wyoming!
Lapsang Souchong!

Merry Christmas to Each of You!!!
Actually... Any tea served in the early morning to my favourite "bird", a couple hours later when we've rolled out of bed, to be followed by a glass of champagne and a finely crafted omelet!

Loose blacks from Java or Vietnam. Upton Tea Importers carries them (As well as a staggering array of every other kind you can imagine).

Tea always without milk or sugar.
Orange Pekoe
Earl Grey
Lapsang Suchong (the "Islay malt" of tea)
Japanese green tea (not the tea ceremony green tea - too bitter)
Chrysanthemum tea (the Chinese version with the flower head stuffed in it).

I wake up to Barry's Irish Breakfast, followed by Scottish Breakfast for morning tea near where I work. Earl Gray at noon, and Brittish Tea Time for afternoon tea. Late tea usually is served with Lyons Gold.
All without any additives.
I love coffee and used to consume quantities of which Steve Ashton could not come close. After a digestive system malfunction, the Doctor has recommended only tea for me.

I personally dont drink coffee, I tried some one cold morning back in the army and I swear it was straight out of a crankcase!! I guess I am showing my severe lack of culture, but I like Morning Thunder from Celestial Seasonings. And the fact that is has a herd of buffalo on the box tends to keep the office kitchen raiders away from it! LOL

I drink coffee every morning but love tea. My favorites are green tea, Irish breakfast, Lapsang Souchong, Earl Grey and chai (the only regularly tea I drink with milk and sugar/honey).

My favorite is McIntoshe's Fancy, but alas, I have lost a vendor for it. We drink Red Rose by the gallon, and my sister and I trade off the little figurines.
