A fantastic set of photos Robert ...
Having stayed in many little towns and villages in France when Elaine has been working with Dan over the years, there are always lots of beautiful properties, but you never seem to see anyone. They always remind me of the old series 'The Prisoner'. Is that normally the case Robert?

Yes, in France, you see people on the market places, the fairs, the bistros.
Otherwise, the French are quite a “private” lot.
