Actually friend I am touched that my absence mattered enough for you to go to all this effort to try and get me back here.

For those new to XMTS, please rest assured that Grant is a friend of mine and this silly poll is in no way offensive to me. Our banter goes back years. All the jabs and barbs we hurl at each other are delivered with tongue well in cheek and in the spirit of goodwill and camaraderie. He was previously awarded by the Mod Squad the special title “Order of the Rubber Chicken” for being the Kilted Jester of XMTS. Playing the Fool is no easy task. The Fool dances about, make people laugh, tweaks the noses of authority, and often says the truths that could not be said by anyone else.

Grant you earned that title and I’m sorry you lost it. You obviously have continued on in your work here on XMTS to help promote fun and goodwill. This is a very good thing as the world needs Fools, if for nothing else a reminder for us to not take ourselves too seriously.

And Grant you are nothing if not a natural at being the Fool!
