Congratulations to Dominic! From what I hear about the Newsome box pleat kilt he can't help but be pleased with his prize. I hope he's a member of The Rabble - if he's not, Matt, suggest he join - and he posts pics once his new garment arrives.
Regards,
Brian

And the count is in....
We sold exactly 590 tickets in this raffle. At $5 per ticket, one can easily work the math and see that the museum raised $2950 in funds. The cost of the cloth is coming out of this, but I'm waiving my kiltmaking fee, so most all of that is going right to help the museum.
Thanks so much to everyone who helped make this a success!
Be on the lookout for word about our next kilt raffle!
Aye,
Matt

Congrats Dom!
I'm glad I could help with raising some funds for the museum! I'm in on the next raffle for sure. In it till ya win it, right?
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

Thank you everyone for the congratulations.
I am glad that the raffle was able to raise a good amount to help the museum, that is the best part about the raffle. The whole family had a great time when we were able to visit on our road trip.
I missed a call from the Scottish Tartan Musuem on Sunday and promptly returned their call. What a wonderful surprise.
Don't worry, pictures will be posted as soon as the wait is over. Wait begin.
