    Thank you! This should be an interesting project. I think I may scale it down from 21 inches to 18, though. I'll be carrying this at festivals and other events, and 18 inches is a more manageable size.

    Make it 19". That seems to be the most common dimension listed for original targes. The two I made are that size, and carrying them is no problem....

    Yes they do!! Those are beautiful!! But why buy from someone else when I can make my own? Thanks for that link- I'll be borrowing some ideas from them in the future, I'm sure.
