I have been regularly attending the Dayton Celtic Fest. and am certainly looking forward to going for the first time kilted, and assuming I have my son that weekend he will be as well. I haven't checked the schedule yet but I hope to see Gaelic Storm returning this year. If work permits this weekend there is a Tartan Day Ceilidh in Blue Ash, Ohio that I plan to try and attend. This will be my first such event so would like to ask what is the normal level of dress at such an event. As of yet I do not have a kilt jacket so about the most formal I would really be able to go would be a nice sweater. Don't want to go to a somewhat formal event without proper attire.
