Ok, two saturdays ago (Apr 21) I did:
Squat Cleans:
1x2 @ 50kg
1x1 @ 70kg
1x1 @ 80kg
1x1 @ 90kg
1x1 @ 100kg
1x1 @ 105kg

Powerclean (reps)
1x5 @ 80kg

Clean Pull: 1x2 @ 120kg
1x2 @ 130kg
1x2 @ 140kg

Front Squat:
2x3 @ 100kg
