    Medals of America has the USMC/Navy Combat Aircrew Wings here: http://www.medalsofamerica.com/Item--i-B257ListHeader

    They have both full size and minature.

    I believe they also have the tiny stars for additional awards available.

    I have the privilege of wearing these wings myself.

    Also please note that while here in Canada I only wear the miniatures of awards. I do not wear the "I was there" medals. This is due to the respect I hold for my Canadian hosts. In Canada a person may have served for 30 years and seen combat three or four times yet would wear only one, or possibly two, medals. Our system looks gaudy to them.

    So yes, I play it down while in my adopted country. I get enough questions as it is.

    Totally agree!

    In truth, I also cannot see a problem. I know men who have the little loops sewn on the breast of their suits so they can wear their full sized medals during the day. Clothing is to be worn. If we want it to be pristine we should put it back in the bag and then back in the wardrobe.
