I gotta tell ya, I LOVE Billy Connolly.
I think he's the funniest darn Scot in the
world. I read his biography recently. He's
been in a whole bunch of movies and he's always,
always great. I rented Mrs. Brown tonight yet again.
I've got to find a copy to buy I've rented it so
many times. Swearing dinna offend me. It can be
actually extremely funny. If you want to check out
another very funny scot who can swear feathers off
a chicken check out Jimmy McNulty. Do a search for
"Jimmy McNulty's Bonnie Scotland". Towards the bottom of the page there's a bunch of choices....try
"the swearing page".....not for the faint of heart if you don't find such humour funny....but I fell off my chair laughing personally. "Jimmies Ethno-Celtic Swearing Bracelet" is a funny page as well.
OK then, enough from me. Half of you will now think I am an amazingly crass dolt and half of you will thank me for the laughter soon to ensue.....LOL....

Hello Muddy, are you the same Muddy from Bravehearts?
whether so or whether no, welcome to the site. Nice to see you here.
I think Billy is funny, but his swearing makes him an intolerable idiot in my books.

I thought of him today in that film. I was on an isolated beach, I felt like chucking the kilt off and diving into the sea, like he did in the film.
I didn't tho.

Shillelaghbruises, you are wise beyond your years.
