I'm not sure how to deal with speed limits posted in kilometers per hour. My speedometer goes up to 160mph, but I have no idea what that is in kph.
Benning Boy, check these places out:

Both are within walking distance of the kilt shop.

Here are some typical speed limits in BC with their mph approximate equivalents. In most cities and towns, the speed limit is 50 kph on most roads, with a limit of 30 kph in some residential areas. Speed limit on two-lane highways is mostly 80 or 90 kph and on main highways it can vary from 70 or 80 kph up to 110 kph. Be prepared to encounter traffic lights even on major highways.
30 kph = 20 mph
50 kph = 30 mph
70 kph = 40 mph
80 kph = 50 mph
90 kph = 55 mph
100 kph = 60 mph
110 kph = 65 mph
