I talked to them twice today. No problems getting through.

    Ahhh! It was YOU!!

No wonder I didn't get through to her. Was 0 for 5...

Did get home to a message she left after I went back to work.

By the time I had a break between clients to call again they were closed...so, maybe Monday.

Sporran straps are such a mystery...no one shows the hook up end...like its some big secret...

The local horse tack shop was locking up as I raced there after work, but I know they'll be open. She asked what I needed and I attempted to describe a sporran strap with the hooks I needed and got "the look"

So tomorrow I'll take my sporran in and see what can be rigged up.

Even though I already ordered one, I'm going to get some leather and various fasteners to tinker around and see if I can make a better mousetrap. The Craigie one I ordered doesn't appear to be adjustable. I'm sure it will be fine but I'm a geek and geeks like to be able to adjust things. It's an inherent need.
