I'll make sure to pass this "little known snippet" to a number of other bands over the next few months. I'm sure they'll have as good a laugh as I have! Thanks!!

Out of curiosity, I think I'll research as to whether The Spin Doctors are related to The Saw Doctors. There's also a chance that Ted Kennedy wrote "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap". Google's gonna love this.

Sorry, I know this is old... but this just cracks me up. Metallica's version of "Whiskey in the Jar" is not only based on Thin Lizzy's version, but it's on the Garage Inc. album... WHICH IS NOTHING BUT COVERS!

I like Thin Lizzy's version, don't think of Metallica's version as "metal", actually I find Metallica kind of tame, and don't get me going on their recording tech (what recording tech..).

Musically, I didn't evolve much past Blue Cheer, ha.

I've been trying to play this on guitar actually, so I'm starting to like my version.

    *Sighs*
As a Megadeath/Thin Lizzy/Pogues/Dubliners fan, this angers me greatly.
