I guess I am curious as to how the laws are written on this.

Are there any police officers or lawyers in the house??

There are several officers here, but any police officer, or most lawyers for that matter would only be able to tell you about the laws where thay live and work. Those laws might vary somewhat from those where you are located.

Well, from a woman's point of view, I can say that 'The Question' is intriguing because no matter how we've been raised or what 'good girls' do, all (straight) women like to look at naked men.

Men are usually wrapped up in trousers, safe from prying eyes. Kilts leave an opportunity women don't usually get. Men usually have all kinds of opportunities to peek down blouses and up skirts on women; I've probably had a man have a conversation with my breasts as often as you guys get 'the Question'.

But, just because it's intriguing doesn't mean it's all right to take upkilt pictures! Some people have no class ot decency.

I won't argue with you there . . . I think that for me, it's the conflict of what is considered sexual harrasment towards either sex (women seem to be biased, usually) but I realize the kilt can be exciting to women (a good reason to wear the kilt ) and that's okay as long as it suits the situation. If you ask politely and in fun, I'll authorize a kilt check, no prob.

    James
