Great looking sweater, McMurdo!
I have a very similar one, in navy blue, however it's made out of an acrylic blend. If mine was wool, I think I would melt if I were to ever wear it.
They just seem to go so well with kilts.

Just as a breakdown
The Kilt is a Gordon Highlanders kilt from What Price Glory
The Hose are from What Price Glory as well
The Garter Ties are from the Scottish Tartan Museum
The Sporran is from A&J Scott and co. it is about 58 years old and was my Dad's Boy Scout Sporran
The Woolly Pully is an ex Canadian Armed Forces Issue Sweater by Standard Knitting co.
The Sgian Dubh is an antler horn handled one from the Sgian Dubh Company.
