I'm going to have to vote "... except for the hat."
From the earlobes down, you're the picture of kilted gentry.
From the waist up, you remind me of a gentleman from a 30's or 40's movie.
But the overlap ... the hat with everything else ... just seems a little off to me.
If the jacket was tweed, there were more earth tones in the outfit ... I would go with a flat cap.
