Santa Wally and I will be wearing the Clan Claus Tartan. So just look for two old guys with white hair and beards in the same tartan a long with our Mrs, Claus's. We are looking forward to meeting you all.

I haven't thought this far in advance yet, so I might consider going up for it, still. Trying to balance a few obligations...
Regards,
Rex.
At any moment you must be prepared to give up who you are today for who you could become tomorrow.

I plan on attending the Highland weekend but need to see how the weather looks to decide on Saturday or Sunday. I would like to attend one additional weekend but have not decided which one. I know it will not be this weekend.

Who will be there Sunday, Sept 13? I have a chance to go tomorrow (it is Saturday night now). The weather should be good so that was a deciding factor.

I didn't miss them. I saw them 2 or 3 times in Piqua over Labor day.
But I must ask, did they play without a sound system? I hope so, the bagpipes over the loudspeaker was a real weapon of war, I don't think anyone in that tent needed those speakers on.

I had to leave before they played at 4pm on Sunday but did catch them in Piqua. Apparently the band stayed in the area after the Piqua fest. They spent some time with Father, Sons and Friends in Englewood. Must have been a good party for all during the week.
I will be back the Saturday of the Highland weekend unless weather makes Sunday more attractive.

Father son and friends is also playing the fair this year too BTW...
Yes they played without being amped and frankly as heavy as they drum and as loud as bagpipes are I could not imagine what it would have sounded like in a tent.... they where outdoors and you could hear them across the entire fair... it was a GREAT show!!
EDIT: Mike why didnt you stop by my shop and say hi?!?!??! lol
