    First off, welcome to xmarks.
    Second, that Kilt looks fantastic to me! Better job than I could do.

    Since you're working with a budget, keep an eye on the DIY and FOR SALE / SWAP sections of the site. you might be able to increase your wardrobe without spending too much.

    Also, since you mentioned you're fairly new to Kilts you might want to look at this thread. It'll help you build up a Kilt wardrobe from what you've already got and get you on the fast track to really looking fantastic.
