I probably never would have guessed the clan. The only ones I could think of that remained were MacFadyan and MacGillivray, as the Macquarrie tartan I'm familiar with is so different. However, I was pretty close to guessing Mull as the location, although I suppose we don't really know where it came from before it ended up in the HSL collection.
So I decided to try guessing this one instead:

Not that I was asking but it is indeed. It's my favourite kilt - unlined 5 yds box-knife.
