Here are a few photos of the new sporran - he's a wee bit 'bushy' as I have yet to give him a bit of a proper 'grooming.' He is placed upon on a sash of my wife's tartan, Clann Donnachie, in ancient colours - to her liking. I have formed a rather absurd habit of officially 'naming' my full-mask sporrans, yes, you heard correctly, 'naming' my full-mask sporrans! There's Blairgowrie the badger, Murdoch the mink, and now Portree the pine marten...hahaha! It's all in good fun - even my lovely wife agrees with that.

Next up from Kate Macpherson...red fox with front paws!

Thanks Sandy! You should take a look at Kate's gallery of sporrans on her website, there are several interesting mink sporrans made of vintage stoles - some with more than one head on a single sporran! Very intriguing indeed. Next up for me will be a red fox with front paws. I'd also like a plain white goat hair sporran with a bespoke silver cantle and no tassels, for evening attire.
