You can also get some early Kila and AfroCelt Sound System. (The newer albums are not as good as the older ones)
Kila:
Handel's Fantasy
Mind the Gap
Tóg É Go Bog É
Lemonade & Buns
Luna Park
AfroCelt Sound System:
Volume 1: Sound Magic
Volume 2: Release
Just to name a few...

My apologies if these were already mentioned, but check The Elders and Scythian. Just bear in mind not all of Scythians music would qualify as Celtic.

I'm still looking for some Mudmen music but I still cant find anything
Do you know another metal-with-pipes-band?
Great! Skiltron, power metal from Argentina (They split off into Triddana right now), if you like melodic death metal Suidakra uses pipes. Mael Mordha is a doom metal band from Ireland, they sometimes use pennywhistles. Subway Sally is another good one to check out.

Hi everyone! I'm looking for some recommendations. Here's the track I've recorded with my cellphone, so pardon me for the poor sound quality. It was on Minnesota public radio. I'd really appreciate if anyone could identify this song for me or kindly direct me to the artists playing in this vein (violin mixed with electric guitar). Thanks in advance!

Check out Uncle Hamish and the Hooligans (.com) also go to www.paddyrock.com and listen to the weekly streaming celtic rock/punk show online. Great stuff! Also, cutthroat Shamrock, the Kildares, Coyote Run and Barleyjuice to name a few.

Thanks for a great jumping-off point with PaddyRock, thatcelticband. I've only known Dropkick Murphys till now (love their version of "Green Fields of France"), and most of those bands you mentioned sound really refreshing to my ears!
