My only advise is this:
1). Good heating and air conditioning,
2). Workable restroom,
3). Refrigerator,
4). A comfortable place to pass-out,
5). Caller ID on the phone,
6). Eventually Cable TV IF there is NHL.

Thanks Jimmy,
1 - The shop has heat and faces North but as I like cooler weather, I doubt I'll need either heat or air conditioning.
2 - Check.
3 - No room for a fridge but there is a corner store.
4 - I never drink and pleat!
5 - Considering that one.
6 - Maybe for the playoffs. Until then, it's radio.

Bear, congratulations on the expansion! I can see it now...tourist walk ins a-plenty, then kilt hires out the wazoo, then the first ever publically traded (hmmm, I wonder about this one) kilt company ever. BKLT could be your stock symbol! I'll take a hundred shares.

Bear,
Contrats on the Store. I have not been to Vancouver for a few years. Is the British import store still there and where are you in relation to it? Just thinking of common interest. Maybe there's none.

Thanks all,
Bonuses: A corner store fifty feet away, there are pizza places, coffee shops, and a few Irish pubs just down the street! I might do some cross promotion with the pubs.
I don't know how much tourist action I'll get over the fall and winter but summer is always busy in Gastown. Lots of cruise ships.
It will be nice to have a dining room again and not be tripping over tartan bolts all the time.
I'll be posting a grand opening announcement soon.
This Bear's got a new den!

I know you'll love Gastown Bear, the Irish Heather has a whisky bar in the alley behind it that is just awesome. Glad that you are moving closer to rapid transit too. I'll have to check out the new store some time.
